Giving you all some more elopement inspiration with this snowy Banff winter elopement! This elopement shoot was part of yet another photography mentorship session. My wonderful student traveled all the way from Ontario to Banff to learn about the business side of being a wedding photographer, as well as posing and how to work with a couple during a session. It was a 6-hour mentorship, followed by this styled winter elopement. Kerry and Thomas were literally the perfect pair for this styled session. Kerry’s snow-white hair against the snowy backdrop was everything, and I loved the warmth that Thomas’s attire (that oh so perfectly matched Kerry’s bouquet and makeup) brought to the photos. Winter weddings are always so magical because of how beautiful the earth becomes, and they are always such a joy to capture.
