In case you didn’t catch it, yep, that’s me and my husband modeling for this photography mentorship session, photographed by one of my lovely & talented students. I offer a variety of online and in-person photography mentorship options. For this particular session, I guided my student with settings, composition, and posing while my husband and I modeled for her throughout. This was a very simple photography mentorship session where the student learned just the basics. They came out absolutely amazing!

And while we’re here… a little bit about my husband and me! My name is Michelle Larmand, and I am an Edmonton, Alberta-based wedding and elopement photographer. My husband, Shane Larmand is a second shooter for me when needed. Sometimes he films while I photograph. The extra coverage is wonderful for capturing all the important moments of your day. From different angles, like your exchanging of rings, first kiss, speeches, and more! He also will occasionally play live music for the events I photograph, I so guess you could call him a Shane of all trades.
